Experienced PT / OT / RN / AHA – Aged Care Training Role (Casual, MELB)
We are immediately seeking an experienced and confident clinician to step into a casual training role supporting aged care services across Residential Aged Care (RAC) throughout Melbourne.
Position Details
Employment Type: Casual
Location: Various locations across Victoria
Start Date: Immediate start available
Pay: Competitive casual rates + Super + Travel reimbursement
Who We’re Looking For
In this role, you’ll independently deliver education and implement plans developed by Allied Health Professionals, supporting aged care staff to build knowledge and apply safe, effective practices across residential and community settings.
Travel within Melbourne is required, with multiple sessions per day across different locations.

Who We’re Looking For
- Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Registered Nurses or Allied Health Assistants
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience (RN / AHA)
- Confident delivering training, education, and therapy plans
- Comfortable working independently across multiple sites

Travel within Melbourne is required, with multiple sessions per day across different locations.
You’ll Thrive In This Role If You
- Have strong communication and presentation skills
- Are confident working autonomously
- Are passionate about supporting staff to deliver safe and effective client care
- Relevant degree or Certificate III/IV (for AHAs)
- Current AHPRA registration (where applicable)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Flu & COVID-19 vaccination evidence
- First Aid & CPR certification
