Talent Acquisition Coordinator | Retail

At Munro Footwear Group (MFG) we have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team for a 15-month Parental Leave contract.

About the role

• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future retail leadership roles across our national store network
• Be a true brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional and personalised candidate experience from application to onboarding
• Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes: advertising, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding
• Use your market knowledge to identify and attract the best retail talent
• Identify and escalate any Talent Acquisition issues or opportunities to the Talent Acquisition Manager and Specialist

About you

• Experience within a retail leadership position or similar working background
• Recruitment or HR administration experience, preferred but not required
• Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent prioritisation and ability to manage a high-volume workload
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Professional approach when dealing with sensitive and confidential information
