What are we looking for?
Our Land Rights, Disputes & Advisory team are seeking 2 paralegals to provide business development support to our team in Melbourne on a casual basis.
Our Land Rights team targets a range of work: for claimants in Compulsory Acquisition matters around the country; work with First Nations organisations on Native Title and other advice; advice and dispute work for other Not for Profit organisations and Environment and Climate litigation. You will be working to drive strategies to locate work in each of these areas.

Work in a supportive team environment, refining systems and strategies for attracting new work for the practice. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Provide support to the team for business development activities
- Undertake searches and research to identify claim areas, track project status updates
- Monitor our website and drive updates as needed, including drafting web content and coordinating with our digital team
- Prepare communication with clients and other professionals including letters, pitch documents, digital ads
- Prepare reports and updates to team as a whole
- This position will be on a casual basis. Two positions are offered: One at 2 days per week; another at three days a week.

- Previous experience in Legal Support, Business Administration, marketing, strategy or similar

- Excellent team collaboration skills
