The Opportunity

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Database Coordinator to help ensure the integrity and accuracy of our fundraising data. In this role, you'll work across multiple systems, performing regular spot checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.

  • Part-time, 0.4 FTE, fixed term position until 30 June 2026
  • Located our Richmond and Melbourne CBD offices, Wurundjeri country
  • $74K plus super + salary packaging

Your value add:

  • Utilise your technical experience in systems and data administration skills in supporting critical business systems within large organisations.
  • Manage multiple databases and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Document processes and standardise procedures.
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of data reporting.
  • Solve Problem to identify issues and utilise your continuous improvement mindset.
