Role Overview:

• Flexible Work Options: Full-time or part-time (min. 4 days/week)
• Remote Role: Work from home and in the community (Moreton Bay or Brisbane North -based)
• Diverse Caseload: Support in home and community settings
• Person-Centred Plans: Develop positive behaviour support plans
• Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct assessments in various environments
• Therapeutic Interventions: Support engagement, emotional regulation, and social skills

Who We're Looking For:

• Educational Background: Relevant human services discipline
• Essential Registration: NDIS commission registration for PBS work
• Community Focused: Willingness to provide services in the community
• Experience: Ideally, one year in positive behaviour support
• Passion and Enthusiasm: Fun, passionate, and excited about meaningful work
• Licenses and Checks: Australian driver’s licence, WWCC, and satisfactory police check
