The Opportunity

Due to team growth, current projects and strong project pipeline, we are seeking project management and contract administration professionals (PMCAs) rom a variety of experience levels (junior to intermediate) to apply the skills to deliver solutions across Defence Estate and Infrastructure projects and join our ranks in either Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne office.

In this role you will work directly with Defence to manage a variety of exciting projects in collaboration with our talented senior team. What’s essential to your success is your proactive attitude and flexible and futurist thinking. About You

To be consider for this opportunity, you will require:

  • An appropriate tertiary qualification aligned to project management, engineering or related discipline.
  • A background in project management or engineering with previous exposure to either the defence or infrastructure markets.
  • A current Australian Government Security Clearance at Baseline level or higher (or possess the ability to obtain), for which you will require Australian Citizenship.
  • Understanding of project management and construction contract principles and a desire to progress professionally in this field.
  • Exceptional communication skills with an ability to build relationships both externally and internally.
  • A positive and tenacious attitude with an ability makes things happen and alignment with our company purpose to “Make Everyday Better”.
  • Professional membership and accreditation will be well regarded.
