Member Services Representative – Be the Voice of Support for Superannuation & Retirement!

As a Member Services Representative (Customer Service) , you’ll be the trusted guide for our members, offering clear, professional, and customer-focused support across a variety of channels, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and even Click to Chat. You'll go beyond the initial enquiry to explore members’ needs, offering valuable solutions that enhance their superannuation experience.

Your Role:

  • Deliver Outstanding Service – Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Solve Problems & Add Value – Anticipate member needs, take ownership of first-call resolutions, and offer tailored solutions (without providing financial advice).
  • Stay Ahead of the Game – Continuously develop your superannuation knowledge, fund products, and administration functions.
  • Grow & Collaborate – Be a proactive team player, contribute to shared goals, and engage in training opportunities.
  • Adapt & Thrive – Take on challenges with flexibility, adjusting shifts to meet operational demands and embracing growth in our Click to Chat service.

What You Bring:

  • Strong communication skills with a pleasant phone manner.
  • A genuine passion for customer service.
  • The ability to problem-solve and think on your feet.
  • Experience in a contact centre or a similar role handling complex inquiries.
  • A keen eye for detail, accuracy, and meeting KPIs.
  • A proactive approach to learning and professional development.
  • Industry experience in financial services or superannuation (desirable but not essential).
  • ASFA qualifications or equivalent are highly regarded.
