Our team is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Project Controls Engineer to join our team in our Brisbane office.
About The Role
- Establish cost controls for the project by creating the control budget
- Manage job registration, setting up time coding and uploading budget for Indirect Costs
- Maintain accurate cost control records by completing project commitment and actual payment data entry, administrating project and corporate invoices and performing general cost control and reconciliation tasks.
- Contribute to the success of projects by creating project staff and resource plans
- Support preparation of project status reports incorporating cost reporting, cash flow forecasts, KPI’s, scope changes, critical path assessments, current versus baseline comparisons and other performance measurements
- Continually monitor and update project cost forecasts by engaging with broader project team, ensuring forecasts accurately reflect the current scope and schedule
- Proven experience in project controls within engineering, construction, mining or relevant industry (preferred)
- Proficiency in schedule and cost interfaces
- Tertiary qualification in engineering or equivalent highly regarded
- Ability monitor reports, analyse progress measurement and report on performance essential
- Proficiency on EcoSys highly regarded
