About the role:

We're looking for an energetic customer focused individual to join our busy Automotive Service Department based in Wollongong. Automotive experience is not necessary (although preferred) - what we are looking for is someone who wants to put their customer service experience into a full time role with great career potential with a STARTING OTE of $85,000-$100,000!

This is a full time role; Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5pm.

What will a day look like?

• Open from 7:30 you will meet and greet customers as part of our "Driveway service" in a casual setting (no suits and tie here).
• You will confirm booking details, providing general advice and support in identifying what repairs/maintenance needs to be done.
• Liaise between workshop and customer for any repairs, sales or warranty operations required.
• Cost/invoice paperwork for each customer.
• Overall; establish and develop effective customer relationships

About you:

• Previous experience as a service advisor within the automotive industry - highly regarded but not essential!
• You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our customers
• You will thrive in a busy, high volume environment
• You will have sound computer experience with the ability to learn new systems
• You will have a can do approach where no task is too hard
• You have the ability to build rapport with our valued customers
• You will have a good understanding of the automotive industry and be mechanically minded
• A passion for consumer sales with proven results
• Current NSW Driver’s License
