The Successful Candidate

• Strong coordination, facilitation, engagement, and documentation skills (e.g., Executive Summaries, Requirements, Backlog Management)
• Ability to support non-technical delivery activities
• Close collaboration with business teams to understand and document business processes
• Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines independently with minimal supervision
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to assist various groups
• Proficiency in MS Word and other standard office applications
• Experience in infrastructure and COTS application upgrade projects
• Ability to support solution testing when required.
• Familiarity with Operational Technology systems such as SCADA

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Functional understanding of Power Transmission and Distribution
• Experience in customer-facing and multi-vendor environments
• Consulting background
• Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Ansible)
