The Installation Scheduler is to oversee the installation of BAF products from inception to completion according to predetermined timelines and budgets. Working with electrical contractors, customers and sales staff to ensure a hassle free installation for BAF customers.

The Installation Scheduler is to oversee the installation of BAF products from inception to completion according to predetermined timelines and budgets. Working with electrical contractors, customers and sales staff to ensure a hassle free installation for BAF customers.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates all aspects of Install jobs by coordinating activities among internal and external departments including Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Fields Service Technicians, Structural Engineers, Fabricators and sub-contractors for the scheduling of equipment and resources
- Maintains installation policies and procedures, checks paperwork for accuracy and completeness to ensure successful execution of Work orders and project close out
- Coordinate, organize and submit project documentation as required. Including but not limited to installation drawings, PE endorsements, Risk Assessments, Project Method Statements etc.
- Coordinates with Customers on install jobs issues (i.e. date, time, verification of sales orders for accuracy, and other information as needed)
- Negotiates and authorizes project change orders and addendums
- Generate installation schedules, progress reports and exception reports to accurately monitor progress of projects ensuring all timeframe and financial objectives are being met.
- Coordinate progress of projects from start to finish and resolves all related problems.
- Establish and maintain customer contact to discuss billing or service concerns or changes
- Coordinate the cost estimation process
Requirements
- Previous experience working with and coordinating contractors
- Proven experience coordinating projects from start to finish
- Experience in a technical support role with the ability to lead when required
- Experience using a CRM (preferably salesforce) Previous experience working with electronic or electrical products
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to remain calm and defuse confrontational situations
- Strong communications skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels
- Ability to prioritize incoming work orders with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work well under pressure Strong problem-solving skills Professional and polite phone manner
