Microsoft Advertising (MSA) empowers the largest advertisers around the world to reach their maximum potential through digital advertising solutions on the Microsoft Advertising platform. We are seeking an experienced Partner Account Manager to join our Global Packaging Team. This team is responsible for engaging with the supply team, onboarding supply into our premium format libraries, creating curated deal packages and selling these packages to Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) and buyers in partnership with our commercial team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in programmatic display, native, and video business. They will collaborate with Monetize Partner Sales Executives (PSEs), the publisher team, and internal and external stakeholders to understand the needs of buyers in service to creating the best possible curated deals for our partners.
This opportunity will allow you to be a significant contributor to our Global Packaging team in the Demand Generation role. You will own commercial relationships with key strategic bidder partners which includes merchandising of our deal catalogs, highlighting GTM narratives, responses to custom deal briefs, and engagement with brand and vertical teams within each partner. In addition, in this role you will partner with our sales team as a supply and packaging subject matter expert and participate in client meetings as needed. This is a fully remote opportunity.

Responsibilities
- Coverage of strategic bidder accounts (in partnership with Bidder Team).
- Curate package merchandising to bidder deal library gatekeepers.
- Maintain deal library alignment with bidders.
- Advise work and deal merchandising for managed services bidders.
- Build engagement/partner with bidder vertical and brand teams.
- Respond to briefs and custom deal requests for bidders.
- Engagement with bidder team.
- Partner with bidder AMs who own bidder integrations.
- Participate in regular syncs with bidders.
- Contribute in bidder related strategy meetings.
- Present in bidder QBR meetings with top bidders.
- Engage with new bidder new business lead.
- Coordinate of deal catalog creation for new bidders during integration.
- Engagement with client sales teams as a curated deal subject matter expert.
- Assign coverage of specific sales pods.
- Host regular syncs with sales pods to review opportunities.
- Advise work with sales related to client requests and briefs.
- Participate in presentations to strategic clients as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field AND 5+ years partner management, sales, business development, platform ecosystem/network, or partner channel development in the technology industry
- OR 8+ years partner management, sales, business development, platform ecosystem/network, or partner channel development in the technology industry.
- 1+ year(s) experience with planning, budgeting, and other project management activities.
- Experience working in a partner ecosystem.
- 3+ years experience with planning, budgeting, and other project management activities.
- Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, and Ad Exchanges.
- Knowledge of the latest industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience building and managing partnerships with executives and key stakeholders.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience selling omnichannel programmatic media.
- Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
