Key Responsibilities

• Correspondence, report, and presentation preparation and review.
• Meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and accurate minute-taking.
• Confidential records and document management.
• Research, data gathering, and analytical insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Australian citizenship & AGSVA Baseline Clearance essential.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Discretion and professionalism with sensitive information.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
