- Exceptional Communication & Documentation: Proven ability in coordination, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and producing high-quality documentation (e.g., Executive Summaries, detailed Requirements, Backlog Management).
- Non-Technical Delivery Support: Capability to effectively support and manage non-technical aspects of project delivery.
- Business Process Acumen: Strong experience collaborating closely with business teams to understand, map, and meticulously document current business processes.
- Superior Communication Skills: Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Independent Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines autonomously with minimal supervision, showcasing a strong sense of ownership.
- Team-Oriented & Flexible: A collaborative team player with the flexibility to assist various groups and adapt to evolving project needs.
- Office Productivity Proficiency: Highly proficient in MS Word and other standard office applications.
- Project Experience: Practical experience in infrastructure projects and upgrades of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications.
- Testing Support: Ability to actively support solution testing activities when required.
- Operational Technology Familiarity: Experience with Operational Technology (OT) systems, such as SCADA.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working within Agile methodologies.
- Agile Tooling: Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Industry Knowledge: Functional understanding of Power Transmission and Distribution.
- Complex Environments: Experience in customer-facing and multi-vendor project environments.
- Consulting Background: A background in consulting would be highly regarded.
- Automation Exposure: Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Ansible).
- Requirement Management: Expertly gather, validate, and document detailed business requirements, functional requirements, and user stories.
- Process Improvement: Model existing business processes and proactively identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
- Solution Analysis: Analyse and outline the issues, risks, and benefits of both existing and proposed solutions, clearly articulating their business impacts.
- Specification Creation: Develop comprehensive functional specifications for solutions, guiding development efforts.
- Information Simplification: Simplify complex technical information and translate technical jargon into easily understandable language for a broader audience.
- Implementation & Testing Support: Provide crucial support during the implementation and testing phases of solutions.
- Change Management: Assist in business transition and change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions.
- Agile Artifacts: Translate functional and non-functional requirements into well-defined Epics, Stories, and Acceptance Criteria within Jira.
- Technical Alignment: Collaborate closely with solution architects to ensure requirements are aligned with technical feasibility and architectural guidelines.
- Requirement Traceability: Trace requirements throughout the entire development and testing lifecycle to ensure end-to-end coverage and validation.
- Quality Assurance Support: Support the development of test cases and actively participate in the validation of System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) outcomes.
