We're seeking a Data Analyst to join our Retail Insights team, with a focus on compliance-driven initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver actionable insights, drive campaign performance, and support regulatory compliance efforts using cutting-edge tools and platforms.

- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Experience working with Python for data processing and automation
- Hands-on experience in AWS cloud environments
- Ability to communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- A strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Experience in banking or financial services environments
- Exposure to Databricks and large-scale data platforms
- Familiarity with regulatory or compliance reporting projects
