What’s the role?
As an Associate in the GTS Client Services team, you will be the go-to person for our clients, ensuring they get top-notch service and support, handling everything from resolving queries to collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful outcomes. You'll act as the primary contact for escalations and complex matters for a portfolio of approximate 50 customers, ensuring timely and competent responses. You will also contribute to process improvements and support clients outside your portfolio when needed. This is a permanent role based in beautiful Canberra where the quality of life is high, marked by its safe environment, excellent education system, and abundance of green spaces.

What do I need?
- An understanding of corporate credit, loan structuring and documentation for corporate or institutional customers.
- Proven origination and pitch management experience.
- Problem-solving skills to handle client queries efficiently.
- An outcome driven mindset and a proactive approach to anticipate and address client needs.
- Great communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
