Rehabilitation Consultant (Rehab Counsellor & Psychologists)
Rehab Management
Date: 1 day ago
City: Gold Coast, Queensland
Contract type: Full time

Are you a compassionate professional looking to empower people on their recovery journey?
At Rehab Management, part of the Arriba Group, we believe in the power of care, connection, and career transformation. We're looking for a dedicated Rehabilitation Consultant to help people regain confidence and return to meaningful work after injury or illness.
About You
You’re someone who truly cares—empathetic, resilient, and deeply committed to making a difference. You hold a Master’s in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology and you’re registered with ASORC or AHPRA.
You’re a natural communicator, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are passionate about guiding individuals through complex life changes. Whether you’re helping someone reimagine their career or advocating for a supportive workplace, you do it with heart and purpose.
The Role
As a Rehab Consultant, you’ll be the trusted guide supporting injured individuals as they step back into the workforce. Your work will go beyond case management—you’ll help people rebuild their confidence, reconnect with their goals, and re-enter life with purpose.
What You’ll Be Doing
We’ve been recognised by the AFR as one of Australia’s Top 10 Best Places to Work, and here’s why:
Leave That Works for You
Rehab Management is proud to be part of the Arriba Group—a purpose-driven organisation founded by Marcella Romero, who grew a one-person home office into three thriving businesses: Rehab Management, AimBig Employment, and LiveBig.
For over 25 years, we’ve been helping people rediscover purpose and independence after injury, illness, or a change in life circumstances. With over 600 team members and 40+ locations nationwide, we are big enough to make an impact—and small enough to care.
Our Purpose
If this sound like the right role for you then apply now! Alternatively, feel free to contact Rebecca at [email protected] or 02 7232 7629 to discuss the role further or explore more opportunities with us.
We believe in putting people first and are committed to fostering diverse and inclusive workplaces. We encourage applications from people of all ages, backgrounds, abilities, and cultures—including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, the LGBTQIA+ community, and people living with disability. We are happy to tailor our recruitment process to support you.
At Rehab Management and Arriba Group, we take compliance and safety seriously. All employees must undergo mandatory background checks, including police checks, NDIS clearance, qualifications verification, and Working with Children checks, as well as hold an unrestricted Australian driver’s license. Unsuccessful or unsatisfactory clearance will result in an unsuccessful outcome.
