Senior Project Manager/Project Manager

As a result of our continued growth and $1 billion of work-in-hand, Georgiou have opportunities for an experienced Project Manager to join our building team. The successful candidate will have extensive commercial / industrial construction experience and will be responsible for providing leadership, management and guidance to the project team to exceed client expectations of programs and processes, finances, HSEQ management, procurement, contracts and stakeholder relationships.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable Design and Construct experience for projects in the $100m+ space. Ideally in Health or other technically complex projects but not mandatory.

What You're Good At

  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry
  • High level of proficiency in planning, cost control, communication, reporting and contracts administration
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC and HSE processes
  • An excellent team player
  • Experience in reporting and Contracts Administration
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to drive a project team
  • Degree in Engineering or Construction Management

Required Skills And Experience

  • Health care experience
  • Preference for public health care if possible
  • Experience on Construct only projects
  • Experience leading teams on projects up to $50M
  • Develop and implement all aspects of Project Management Plan(s)
  • Optimise the use of human and material resources to achieve desired outcomes
  • Plan, select, negotiate and monitor suppliers, contractors/subcontractors and consultants, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation
  • Provide leadership to maintain a positive, energetic and unified workforce culture
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
