We are looking for a driven, self-motivated Supplier Onboarding Specialist to join our Supplier Onboarding team.
What you’ll do
- End-to-end onboarding: Guide hospitality suppliers through the onboarding process, from initial setup to full adoption, ensuring they’re set up for success.
- Project management & training: Manage onboarding projects, map out processes, and deliver training that empowers suppliers to use Ordermentum confidently.
- Problem-solving & process improvements: Identify common customer challenges and proactively develop better solutions to enhance the onboarding experience.
- Customer collaboration: Work closely with suppliers to gather both functional and technical requirements, ensuring the platform meets their needs.
- Solution design: Translate requirements into actionable onboarding plans, including high-level solution designs and system configurations.
- Testing & troubleshooting: Participate in testing and manage technical escalations through to resolution, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Project tracking & reporting: Maintain project plans with clear tasks, milestones, and timelines, ensuring smooth execution.
What You’ll Bring
- 2-4 years of experience in an implementation, onboarding, or project management role (ideally within SaaS, tech, or hospitality industries).
- A strong ability to establish and manage clear project goals and timelines, ensuring successful delivery.
- Experience in process optimisation and best practices, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills – you can break down technical concepts and convey key messages clearly.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a knack for problem-solving and influencing outcomes.
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
