- Leading a team across reception, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest service
- Driving a positive, high-performance team culture
- Managing the park’s financial performance, including budgeting and revenue growth
- Overseeing compliance, safety, and park presentation
- Collaborating with internal partners across HR, revenue, and marketing
- Handling after-hours responsibilities as required
You’re a confident and capable leader with a guest-first mindset and the operational experience to drive park performance.
You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in holiday park, accommodation, or hospitality management
- Strong financial, budgeting, and business performance skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate staff
- Great communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with RMS or similar systems
- A valid driver’s license
