An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a reputable organisation in Melbourne, dedicated to building stronger and safer communities. This is a chance to work in a supportive People team, where your expertise will be valued. This organisation is looking for someone on a 4-month contract (potential to be extended) to support through their busiest time of year and really make a difference to the community.

What You'll Do
- Support the People team with all administrative duties
- On-boarding and off-boarding of all employees
- Deal with any general queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Source, on-board and induct all the new casual employees
- Engage with new employees and attract candidates to participate in a role
- Work closely with the wider People team and support them with any ad-hoc duties
- Must have recent HR experience
- Must have used any of the following systems; Deputy/Martian/EmploymentHero/HumanForce/Tambla/Workstream/KeyPay
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
