What Type Of Person Will Succeed

- Must have previous experience in the retail industry
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development
- Proven expertise with Jira workflows, dashboards, and reports
- Proficiency in Confluence documentation and template creation
- Proven experience managing projects from inception to delivery
- Strong SQL skills for data querying and validation, complemented by advanced Excel capabilities
- A solid understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data structures
- Exceptional documentation skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
- Confidence in presenting to diverse audiences and stakeholders
