Role Description/CriteriaThe Position:The position is three days a week, with the successful applicant forming a critical part our dynamic and dedicated School Leadership team. The position is advertised as a three-year appointment whereby the position will be re-advertised, with the applicant being able to reapply if needed.The Opportunity:
As Wellbeing Leader, you will:Collaborate closely with the Principal and Deputy Principal to shape and implement a cohesive and comprehensive wellbeing curriculum.Coordinate the whole-school implementation of RRRR as a Lead School facilitatorCoordinate the Wellbeing team, liaising with the School Counsellor and MHiPS LeaderCoordinate the Transitions program for all High school transitions and incoming Prep studentsActively contribute to the formation of the school's FIRE Carrier implementation Champion student wellbeing, child safety and academic excellence, ensuring a holistic approach to education.Engage with our school community, strengthening partnerships with families and parish to enrich the educational experience.What We’re Looking For:A committed Catholic educational leader with a deep understanding of and alignment with the ethos and identity of Catholic education.Proven leadership experience in curriculum development, social-emotional learning and wellbeing initiatives.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead others.A visionary leader ready to make a lasting impact on our school community.Accreditation to Teach and Lead in a Catholic school Masters in Wellbeing (or actively working towards this)
