This is a key leadership role with responsibility for software delivery, maintenance, team development, and strategic project execution.

Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor engineering teams and offshore partners
- Oversee software development, maintenance and Tier 3 production support, when needed
- Analyzing customer and system issues and ensuring achievement of service level agreements
- Partner with Product and Project teams to align tech strategy with business goals
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in coding standards and deployment practices
- Provide clear progress reporting to senior management
- Contribute to strategic decisions, resource planning, and budgeting
- 10+ years in software development, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong technical background in Java, SQL, .Net, C++, Cloud technologies or similar
- Expertise in Agile, SDLC, and modern development practices
- Proven experience managing offshore teams and working across time zones
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
