With our expanding client base, we are looking for a motivated and capable individual to join our amazing team based in Parramatta.

The Role

As part of our continued growth, HD IT is seeking a dynamic, energetic and customer focused IT Sales Administrator.

As a key member of the Sales and Marketing team, you will be assisting the Team from the beginning to the end of the sales cycle, in a fast-paced environment.

This role suits someone with a solid foundation in general technical knowledge, ideal for those who have completed relevant IT studies or are looking to transition from a technical support role into a sales-focused career path.

The Role Involves

  • Hardware and Software Quoting
  • Processing of Sales Orders and Invoicing
  • Manage and process hardware and software renewals
  • Manage and maintain the CRM and Quoting System
  • Assist with Project and Managed Services Proposals
  • Review existing clients for opportunities
  • Assist with design and implementation of lead generation campaigns
  • Assist with marketing strategy and implementation
  • Assist with any other general IT projects within the business
  • Assist with general administrative and data entry tasks across all departments.

Must Have

  • Must be an Australian Permanent Resident
  • Must live in the Sydney Region as this is not a remote role

Requirements

  • Technical background to understand IT systems and solutions
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 Cloud
  • Excellent administrative, organisation and time management skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively with people and build rapport and trust
  • Professionalism and strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting goals and deadlines

Desirable

  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant IT studies
