Floor Supervisor

Bathers' Pavilion is Sydney's most iconic beachside restaurant and is just 20 minutes from the city. Here at Bathers’, we have a fine dining hatted restaurant, a casual bistro, a Thai restaurant, a function space, a takeaway kiosk, and an Art Gallery.

We are looking for a professional, and passionate supervisor to join our Bistro team. This position can be fulltime, part time or casual. Applicants must have full Australian working rights.

Bathers Bistro is a busy, fast paced restaurant that operates breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days per week.

Qualifications/Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Must hold a current NSW RSA Certificate
  
  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervising the floor staff and opening and closing procedures.
• Assisting guests with menu selections, offering recommendations, and taking orders.
• Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring high-quality presentation.
• Anticipating guest needs and providing exceptional service throughout their visit.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Have the ability to multi-task.
