What’s the role?

As a Technology Program Lead in CCS Technology for the Workflow Centre of Excellence, you will be responsible for all aspects of Business Village Technology, including strategy, business engagement, discovery, risk management, finance, and innovation.

This role involves transforming legacy systems into low-code workflow solutions within the Workflow CoE. Additionally, you will coordinate with other engineering teams involved in Group Operations Transformation and serve as the single point of contact for all technology needs for programs within Group Operations and the CoE.

What do I need?

  • Extensive experience in operations and process automation, bringing efficiency and innovation to every project.
  • Proven track record in leading and inspiring teams, fostering a collaborative and empowering environment.
  • Expertise in guiding DevSecOps, system integration design, and engineering, ensuring seamless integration across enterprise applications.
  • Solid experience in financial services, with a keen understanding of industry dynamics.
  • Skilled in enterprise architecture, designing robust and scalable solutions.
  • Adept at managing stakeholders, including senior executives, with a focus on building strong, trust-based relationships.
