The Senior Technical Business Analyst is responsible for leading the analysis and design of IT solutions that align with the business needs and strategic goals. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, consultants, and system implementors to elicit, document, and validate requirements, as well as to model current and future-state business processes. The role requires strong customer focus, analytical thinking, communication skills, and business acumen. We are looking for an individual who possesses strong BA experience across the software development lifecycle supporting a CRM implementati


on.
