Customer Service & Administration Manager – Laverton North

The Opportunity

Our Laverton North Site is a Dangerous & Hazardous Goods facility supporting several B2B customers. A fast-paced site driven by safety and compliance, this facility services major ASX listed Chemical suppliers and manufacturers.

We are seeking an experience Customer Service & Administration Manager to join this key site as part of our Resources & Industrials division. You will be managing up to 6 direct reports and be an active member of the senior management team.

As The Customer Service & Administration Manager, You Will

  • Manage the site’s profit and loss ledgers, reporting requirements and raising and issuing of all customer invoices.
  • Supporting the best possible customer journey (Service excellence) and enhance service capabilities within the site and in line with National requirements.
  • Manage all site administration (including payroll) and customer service & related requirements.
  • Train, mentor and develop your team members.
  • Compile customer monthly reports and maintaining open lines of communications with key customers.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a Senior Customer Service and /or Administration role – minimum of 5 years.
  • Knowledge of procedures and systems – Transport and Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staffs and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent and Proven MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in the transport/logistics/dangerous goods industry, highly desirable
