About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Advisor to join our team in either Adelaide or Melbourne. You will be responsible for:
- Evaluate training delivery options, including e-learning programs, to provide multiple mediums for efficiency and cost-effectiveness in training staff, in consultation with the General Manager HR.
- Design, develop and implement training materials and programs to support managers and leaders in our business.
- Manage the Built Environs L&D reporting requirements to ensure timely and accurate analysis of information is input into all required Built Environs HR reports.
- Research, develop and implement upskilling training programs that drive higher capability through the Business.
- Preferred candidate to have studied Human Resources - not required.
- Minimum of three years of learning and development experience gained in the construction or resources sectors.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously.
- Ability to plan and operate independently and manage own workload with minimal supervision.
