Reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain, you’ll play a key role in driving strategic change across the supply chain function. From consolidating suppliers and transitioning warehouses to 3PL, to embedding structure and improving the handling of high-risk goods, this is a highly visible and rewarding role for someone who enjoys building process from the ground up.

Key Focus Areas
- Lead supplier consolidation
- Oversee the transition of warehouses to 3PL
- Implement a supply chain manual to drive consistency and structure
- Improve expiry, disposal, and safety processes across pharma and food categories
- Manage external partners using KPIs, governance, and ongoing performance metrics
- Lead RFP/RFQ processes and assess customs agent options
- Support future acquisitions and integration projects
- Structured, analytical and process-focused supply chain professional
- Proven experience managing 3PL providers and change implementation
- Comfortable influencing internal stakeholders and external partners
- Experience with dangerous goods or pharma/FMCG products a bonus
- Strong project delivery and stakeholder management skills — up, down and across
