This is a dual-role opportunity that will see the successful candidate working across both architectural and interior design scopes—from early concept through to construction. The position requires a professional with strong creative vision, a deep appreciation for materials and finishes, and the technical capability to deliver design outcomes with clarity and precision.

The ideal candidate will thrive in both exterior and interior spatial planning, combining architectural thinking with a sensitivity to interior composition, materiality, and detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with directors and the project team to develop integrated architectural and interior design concepts
• Lead the selection and coordination of finishes, fixtures, and materials that enhance both architectural intent and interior experience
• Prepare comprehensive documentation packages using Revit, including detailed architectural drawings and interior joinery/detailing
• Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure cohesive project delivery
• Support regulatory compliance through documentation aligned with BCA, NCC, and Australian Standards
• Contribute to design development, consultant coordination, and construction phases with a dual lens on architecture and interiors

Key Requirements:

• A degree in Architecture or Design and a minimum of 5 years’ local experience
• High proficiency in Revit (essential)
• Demonstrated experience in both architectural documentation and interior detailing
• Strong understanding of spatial planning, interior finishes, materials, and lighting
• Working knowledge of construction methodologies and relevant codes/regulations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to balance independent work with strong team engagement
• Previous experience in high-end residential or multi-residential developments
• Familiarity with consultant management and project coordination
• A portfolio demonstrating integrated architectural and interior work
