About the role:
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Coordinator role is the backbone of our HR operations, serving as the first point of contact for all HR-related process and administration enquiries across ANZ, while also providing hands-on support for employees based in the HR Coordinator's local office (we are open to candidates based in Sydney or Melbourne, with our offices located in Darlinghurst and Collingwood respectively).
What you’ll be doing:
- Performance & Systems: Keep Workday (HRIS) and Culture Amp platforms running smoothly, ensuring compliance, supporting and training employees, leading the annual performance review process, and driving improvements.
- Employee Lifecycle: Manage and generate a high volume of contracts and letters, assist in the final stages of the recruitment process, own the onboarding and offboarding experience, administer benefits, maintain filing system, and ensure seamless HR administration.
- HR Support: Be the first point of contact for HR-related process and administration queries, maintain all HR-related documents ensuring they are always up to date, lead HR reporting, drive the learning & development program, manage workplace health & safety, and support recruitment when needed.
- Culture & Projects: Assist with the logistics and execution of social events, wellbeing initiatives, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs, and assist with implementing ideas to shape the future of the employee experience.
Who you are:
HR experience and/or study is not essential for this role, but an interest in learning about HR, wanting to take on a new challenge and caring about people is a must! We can teach you everything you need to know about HR along the way.
Ideally you have worked in a role with a high-level of administrative duties, such as a HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, Receptionist, Office Manager, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Project Manager or a role with similar competencies. Experience working in a national or multi-national business and/or a fast-paced role is highly regarded.
