DCC has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced People and Culture Business Partner for one of its practice areas and its corporate functions.
About the role
Collaborating closely with senior leaders, you will provide advice and guidance across the following key areas:
Strategic P&C Partnership
- Collaborate with Principals to understand the practice’s strategic and business goals, and develop People & Culture strategies to support them.
- Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Facilitate the implementation of P&C programs and initiatives particularly learning and development.
- Foster a positive and empowering workplace culture that supports the firm’s Values.
Talent Management
- Facilitate succession planning and career development initiatives, as well as the annual remuneration review process.
- Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance management processes including goal setting, feedback and performance reviews.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
Employee Relations
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee matters, providing guidance and resolution. Promote a positive work environment through conflict resolution and mediation, upholding the firm’s Values.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyse P&C metrics and provide insights to support decision-making. Prepare and present reports on P&C activities and trends to leadership. Utilise data to identify areas for improvement and track the impact of P&C initiatives.
About You
- Essential to this role is you bring experience in both an operational and strategic advisory role.
- You have a minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience in a Business Partner role, ideally in professional services environment.
- You bring experience in talent management, HR best practice and employee relations.
- You are skilled at influencing across all levels and managing organisational change.
- You are action oriented with strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
- Are a team player with a drive to create a positive work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
