Campaign Marketing Manager / Coordinator

ASX-Listed Investment Manager | Sydney CBD | $90K–$120K + Super | Full-Time, Permanent

We’re hiring a Campaign Marketing Manager or Coordinator to join a leading ASX-listed investment manager. You’ll be working on a newly launched consumer fintech product that offers Australians a smarter alternative to traditional term deposits. Backed by a well-established and innovative investment firm, you’ll join a high-performing and collaborative marketing team.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll either lead or support the end-to-end delivery of ATL and BTL campaigns, depending on your experience – with a strong focus on performance tracking, reporting, and continuous optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Execute Campaigns – Deliver multi-channel campaigns across email, social, search, PR, events, and traditional media
• Manage Creative Production – Oversee the rollout of assets including ads, video, landing pages, and investor content
• Optimise Performance – Track campaign metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR etc.) and use data to refine and improve outcomes
• Own the Tech Stack – Work across HubSpot, Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Align with product, tech, compliance, and customer teams to ensure consistency and compliance
• Manage Budgets & Timelines – Keep campaigns on time and within budget, managing resources effectively

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years’ experience in multichannel marketing within fintech, financial services, or investments
• A degree in Marketing or related field
• Strategic thinker with strong communication and creative execution skills
• Confident using tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and dashboards
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative

• $90,000–$120,000 + Super (depending on experience)
