These changes will enhance the capability of Computershare’s global Procurement teams. Our ambition is to create a function that is proactively called upon by the business to enable growth while reducing cost and managing risk.

To support our vision for the Procurement function, we are building new capabilities in our CoE of which this role will be part of. These capabilities will cover sourcing and contracting, data analytics and reporting, systems and process improvements, as well as third-party risk management and vendor management activities.

At Computershare, our Procurement function is a global operation, delivering purchasing expertise and negotiating supplier partnerships that support every business unit across the organization. From goods to services, we work across borders to ensure value, compliance, and operational efficiency. We’re now seeking a Quality Control Analyst to join our Procurement Center of Excellence. In this global role, you’ll be the gatekeeper of quality, ensuring that every Purchase Requisition is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies and external regulations. You’ll conduct detailed reviews of submitted requisitions, checking each field for accuracy and identifying any missing or incorrect information. Through direct communication with internal business partners and third parties, you’ll clarify requirements and support the timely approval of requisitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete a thorough review of the Purchase Requisition to determine if the Purchase Requisition is ready to be approved.
  • Identify missing or incorrect information.
  • Enter/update required Purchase Requisition fields, as applicable.
  • Ensure tasks are completed timely.
  • Communicate effectively with internal business partners, and vendors.
  • Complete proper and timely follow up on all outstanding inquiries with internal business partners, and vendors.
  • Address inquiries from internal business partners, and vendors.
  • Notify management of any trends or training opportunities.

Required

  • 3 or more years of Procurement, Accounts Payable or Accounting experience
  • 2 or more years of customer support experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

Preferred

  • Experience developing training guides
  • Prior quality control experience
