Our multinational banking client is currently expanding its Complaints and Customer Resolution function and is recruiting across four key roles within its Risk and Governance team. These positions, ranging from analyst to lead, play a critical role in supporting the business to remain compliant, customer-focused, and well-managed.
About The Role
Depending on the level and focus of your role, your day-to-day may include:
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and manage operational, compliance, and governance risks
Designing and implementing well-managed solutions and operational processes
Providing subject matter expertise on policy, frameworks, and control environments
Promoting a culture of compliance and continuous improvement
Monitoring and uplifting the Customer Resolution governance framework
Leading or supporting team capability, training, and risk forums
Compiling and presenting risk and audit reports to leadership
Ensuring end-to-end oversight of the complaints management ecosystem
What You’ll Bring
We’re Looking For Individuals At Various Levels, From Analyst To Team Lead, With a Passion For Good Governance And Continuous Improvement. Key Qualities Include
Experience in risk management, compliance, governance, or audit
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively and influence across stakeholders
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to gaps and challenges
A growth-oriented, team-first attitude
Leadership-level applicants will also have demonstrated experience managing teams, driving strategic initiatives, and working with regulatory bodies.
