We’re partnering with a well-established Managed Services Provider seeking a Level 3 Systems Engineer to join their high-performing team. Servicing businesses across Australia, they offer a wide range of IT solutions from managed services, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, to strategic consulting across multiple industries.
With a growing client base and demand for senior technical expertise, the business is expanding and looking for a passionate engineer to join them during this exciting phase.
The Role
As a Level 3 Systems Engineer, you'll provide a mix of remote and onsite support (WA-based clients) in a hybrid work setup. You’ll work across diverse technologies and play a key role in delivering expert support, improving systems, and mentoring junior staff.

The Role
As a Level 3 Systems Engineer, you'll provide a mix of remote and onsite support (WA-based clients) in a hybrid work setup. You’ll work across diverse technologies and play a key role in delivering expert support, improving systems, and mentoring junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an escalation point for the service desk team on complex issues
- Deliver Level 3 technical support (remote and occasional onsite)
- Identify and improve inefficient processes
- Monitor incident trends and contribute to automation efforts
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Minimum of 3+ years in a Systems/Support Engineering role
- MSP experience is essential
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Azure, AD, Exchange, Intune, Azure AD)
- Experiences across networking, firewall, virtualisation (ESXi), Backup and recovery solutions, and along with familiarity with 3CX.
- Use of RMM tools and ticketing systems
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Have the ability to work and perform under pressure in time-critical scenarios
- Valid C-class driver’s license and own vehicle
