BVN is on the lookout for a talented Architectural Student in their final year and a recent Architectural Graduate to join our dynamic and collaborative studio environment. What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with project teams to support design development, documentation, and delivery.
• Contribute creative ideas to the generation and refinement of design concepts.
• Engage in technical tasks, 3D modelling, documentation, research, and presentation preparation.
• Develop knowledge of architectural processes, design tools, and project workflows.
• Communicate clearly and professionally within the team and with external consultants.
• Actively participate in BVN’s studio culture and learning initiatives.

What You’ll Learn and Develop

Design & Technical Skills

• Explore architectural concepts that align with project goals and client needs.
• Gain hands-on experience with BIM, CAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, and other design tools.
• Work closely with architects and consultants to integrate structure and services into designs.
• Build your own competency matrix to track and guide your development.

Project & Practice Understanding

• Understand project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Participate in project management fundamentals for small-scale projects.
• Engage with real-world documentation and delivery processes.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work as part of diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
• Present your ideas with clarity through verbal, visual, and written communication.

Growth Mindset & Professional Development

• Be open to feedback and learning new tools, processes, and approaches.
• Explore pathways to architectural registration, including participation in BVN’s Registration Study Group.
• Take initiative in seeking out mentoring, support, and new learning opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Final-year Architectural Student or recently graduated with a Master of Architecture (or equivalent).
• A positive, curious, and open-minded attitude.
• Interest or skills in model making and/or digital fabrication are a plus.
• Proficiency in design and documentation software (Revit, Rhino, Adobe Suite, etc.) or willingness to learn.
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.
