About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join their team in Perth, bringing strong project management capabilities and a passion for agile delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is skilled at driving collaboration and continuous improvement.

The Successful Candidate

• Deep understanding of the Scrum framework, including artifacts and techniques such as:

Definition of Done

User Stories

Automated Testing

Backlog Refinement

• Strong interpersonal & communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams & managing stakeholders.
• Ability to facilitate change in projects effectively.
• Industry experience in Energy & Utilities is highly desirable.

What's on offer?

This contract is available for an initial 12-month term with likely extensions.
