• A formal qualification in Beauty Therapy (Cert IV or Diploma)
• Previous experience working in an aesthetic, skin, or laser clinic — you're comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• A confident, hands-on leader who leads from the front — you're not just managing from behind the desk, you're right there on the floor, guiding, mentoring, and motivating your team to be their best.
• Proven experience managing or developing high-performing teams — you're someone who brings structure, positivity, and clear direction.
