About Your New Role
We are currently seeking a permanent, full-time Service Manager to support our valued customers in our Critical Support Services based at Eight Mile Plains. You will be leading your team by actively supporting and creating an environment that values alignment to contemporary disability support practices, effective person-centred approaches to complex needs and behaviours of concern and collaborating with dedicated teams with external services.
About Our Critical Supports Team
Our Critical Supports Team is the heartbeat of Multicap's Sole Purpose – enhancing the quality of life for people with disabilities and their families. We deliver a specialist solution designed to provide high intensity crisis intervention, discharge, transition, and stabilisation supports to individuals with complex support needs and disabilities, in the aim of developing evidence-base service responses that can be replicated and delivered safely and sustainability.
We provide comprehensive services tailored to all ages, abilities, and needs. Our team work efficiently with all stakeholders to ensure our customers are equipped and ready to transition into their new chapter. By joining our team, you'll become part of a group of highly experiences and dedicated Disability Support Workers who are committed to enhancing the quality of life for our customers while concurrently navigating the intricate terrain of complex requirements and behavioural challenges.
Responsibilities
• Lead daily operations, team performance, and service planning across complex SIL, In-Home, Clinical, and Community settings.
• Support complex needs and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans in line with legislation.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive service improvements.
• Promote growth through flexible, customer-focused solutions and effective referrals.

Requirements
• Current Open Driver's Licence
• Current Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Extensive experience in Complex Health & Challenging Behaviours
• Qualification in Human Services, Social Sciences or equivalent
