About The Role…
As an Ongoing Support Consultant at APM, you will be providing guidance to both our participants and their employers, to ensure the best success with their new careers.
Reporting to the Business Manager at our APM office in Bundaberg, you will work closely with stakeholders, to deliver tailored employment solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Individuals that demonstrate empathy and compassion towards those with disability, injury and/or barriers to employment. People who are motivated to go above and beyond for their participants, have excellent communication skills and can demonstrate composure and adaptability through the day-to-day challenges of the role.

About The Role…
As an Ongoing Support Consultant at APM, you will be providing guidance to both our participants and their employers, to ensure the best success with their new careers.
Reporting to the Business Manager at our APM office in Bundaberg, you will work closely with stakeholders, to deliver tailored employment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to our participants and employers to maintain sustainable and ongoing employment.
- Think outside the box and resolve challenges for both parties as they arise.
- Help employers provide a suitable and positive work environment for our participants & provide guidance on workplace modifications.
- Effectively manage a caseload of Ongoing Support participants
- Overcome objections and break down employment barriers that exist for people with disability.
- Preparation of and involvement in Ongoing Support Assessments
- Collating and preparing documentary evidence in line with contractual guidelines.
- Actively engage with participants to positively advocate the APM brand

To be considered, you will have...
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- A MyGovID (Standard level)
- Willing to complete a National Police Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
