As our services continue to grow, we are seeking a committed and experienced Enrolled Nurse / Coordinator to join our Dubbo team. This part-time role offers a rewarding blend of community-based clinical care and office-based coordination responsibilities.

You will be supported by an experienced Care Manager and work within the scope of practice defined by the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct holistic client assessments and build supportive relationships with clients and families.
  • Deliver in-home nursing care, including wound care, insulin administration, and chronic condition management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in our care management system
  • Support care staff by interpreting and applying relevant policies and procedures
  • Ensure services comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations
  • Promote staff development and best practices within the team
  • Uphold Workplace Health and Safety standards across all activities

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse with 1–2 years of community nursing experience
  • Demonstrated experience in aged care, disability, or mental health settings
  • Solid understanding of Aged Care and Disability Standards, and consumer-directed care
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • National Police Check
  • Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable, fully insured vehicle
