About The Role
The role of the Implementation & Activation team within Wavemaker is to deliver the highest excellence in data, technology, and automation, ensuring client campaigns are executed and amplified in an effective, efficient, and future facing way. The scope of Implementation & Activation incorporates traditional media (TV, Cinema, Out of Home, Radio, Print, Digital Video and Display) and the online evolution of traditional media (Addressable TV, Programmatic OOH, Music Streaming and Podcasting). The role of Coordinator within the Implementation & Activation team is to provide support to the Implementation & Activation team through all aspects of Implementation Planning and Buying What You'll Need

About The Role

- A strong understanding of and can clearly articulate the agency and group proposition, core Implementation & Activation processes and our way of working.
- Completed training on the key tools and systems required, and actively using them in your day-to-day role contributing to the support of the team.
- Demonstrated your ability to deliver on all aspects of the role in an efficient, effective and proactive way.
- Supporting processes for specific allocated clients/campaigns, ensuring that your manager and wider team are regularly updated, demonstrating excellent attention to detail
- Strengthened your key stakeholder relationships to deliver great team work consistently.
- Taking on greater ownership for campaigns and clients – responsibility and volume.
- Building strong relationships with publishers, representing the Wavemaker team appropriately and ensuring that campaigns are delivered to the highest quality.
