They are the behavior's that bring our mission and vision to life, every day, in every interaction Learn more at Sitecore.com About the Role/ The Opportunity: As a Field Marketing – Marketing Coodinator, you will bring a hands-on approach to executing and managing marketing programs and demand generation events, both directly and through partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing high-impact, integrated online and in person marketing events that drive pipeline growth and revenue goals. You will work closely with the sales and sales development (SDR) teams across the region, as well as within partner organisations, to ensure alignment and collaboration. This role requires strong creativity, work ethic, and exceptional organisational and communication skills. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Field and Partner Marketing Manager, APJ What You’ll Do:
  • Plan and execute best-in-class marketing events (in person and virtual) in ANZ that effectively drive awareness and build pipeline in region and are integrated with the overall APJ marketing strategy including Sitecore owned events, third party and partner events
  • Align with the partner organisation in line with the regional GTM and integrate partners events and campaigns into the overall events and marketing program that provides mutual business value and enables leverage and scale in the overall regional marketing plan execution
  • Develop detailed event project plans, including event goals, messaging, call to action, marketing distribution channels, follow-up activities, and success metrics
  • Build a strong partnership with the sales organisation and ensure events and campaigns are aligned with territory and account plans and intergrated with the sales development representatives to ensure feedback and improvements are continually applied to future
planning cycles
  • Adapt and optimise global marketing material to the ASIA events program; ensure all events are positioned appropriately and managed effectively
  • Support budget management, financial approval processes, and contract/legal reviews
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • Minimum of three or more years of B2B technology event management experience – both in person and virtual events with a focus on the ANZ region
  • Proven track record of defining and executing B2B marketing events that deliver against funnel metrics and KPIs
  • An understanding of marketing automation, web content management, web analytics and business intelligence (reporting and analysis tools)
  • Proven record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets and a team player with cross-functional project leadership skills
  • Agile professional who excels and thrives in a fast-paced growth environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organisational requirements
  • Excellent project planning and execution skills, with a strong sense of ownership and ability to multi-task, prioritise, anticipate possible obstacles and deliver viable solutions in a timely manner
