We do our best work for brave brands and people who relish being challenged to go further and faster, together About the role The role of the Implementation & Activation team within Wavemaker is to deliver the highest excellence in Implementation Planning and Buying, spanning both offline and online media types, powered by data, technology, and automation, ensuring client campaigns are executed and amplified in an effective, efficient, and future facing way. The scope of Implementation & Activation incorporates traditional media (TV, Cinema, Out of Home, Radio, Print, Digital Video and Display) and the online evolution of traditional media (Addressable TV, Programmatic OOH, Music Streaming and Podcasting) The role of Executive within the Implementation & Activation team is to implement approved client media plans, ensuring that there is efficiency and rigor in the process Skills & Experience
  • Passion for Implementation Planning and Buying
  • Well developed, up to date, media landscape knowledge (confidently able to articulate current consumer insights).

What success looks like:
The easiest and simplest way to see if you have done a great job is when: In 3 months:
  • Established collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders and internal reports.
  • A strong understanding of and can clearly articulate the agency and group proposition, core Implementation & Activation processes and our way of working.
  • Immersed yourself in the team with an understanding of the status of all active and upcoming campaigns.
In 6 months:
  • Demonstrated your ability to deliver on all aspects of the role in an efficient, effective and proactive way.
  • Owning the Implementation & Activation processes for specific allocated clients/campaigns from end to end, ensuring that your manager and wider team are regularly updated on the performance of each campaign demonstrating excellent attention to detail
  • Strengthened your key stakeholder relationships to deliver great team work consistently.
In 12 months:
  • Taking on greater ownership for campaigns and clients – responsibility and volume.
  • Building strong relationships with publishers, representing the Wavemaker team appropriately and ensuring that campaigns are delivered to the highest quality
