About The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Co-ordinator - Executive Office to support our CEO and Executive Leadership Team. This pivotal role ensures alignment, governance, and accountability across Experteq's strategic and operational priorities. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, maintain governance frameworks, and provide actionable reporting that drives executive decision-making. This is not a traditional EA role; it's a strategic support position that brings structure, clarity, and rigour to the Executive Office.

What You Will Do Here
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks to support decision-making and risk management.
- Coordinate strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
- Provide targeted support to the CEO, including tracking priority actions and managing contract reviews.
- Prepare executive and board-level reporting, dashboards, and initiative registers.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Office.
- Support audit, compliance, and Company Secretary functions with accurate documentation and reporting.
- 35 years of experience in project coordination, governance support, or PMO roles.
- Exposure to executive-level governance, board reporting, or Company Secretary functions.
- Skilled in managing contract reviews and approvals in compliance-focused environments.
- Highly organised, solutions-focused, and confident in stakeholder engagement.
- Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Proficient in tools like Excel, Power BI, and project management platforms.
