They are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated, high-level support to the CEO. This is a critical role that will help ensure the smooth operation of the organisation’s corporate and executive functions, allowing the CEO to focus on strategic priorities and business growth.
The Role
As the Executive Assistant, you will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing a wide range of administrative and organisational tasks. You will be responsible for:
- Managing the CEO’s complex and dynamic calendar, coordinating appointments, travel arrangements, and key meetings
- Monitoring and responding to emails, drafting correspondence, and ensuring timely follow-ups on outstanding matters
- Organising leadership meetings, preparing agendas, recording and distributing minutes, and tracking action items
- Preparing high-quality reports, presentations, board papers, and business documentation as required
- Managing sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Serving as a key point of contact for internal teams, external clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Providing support across a range of projects, including compliance reporting, finance administration, and strategic initiatives
- Overseeing general office operations and supporting broader business activities as needed
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Bring
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within manufacturing or a similarly fast-paced, operationally focused industry
- A strong track record of supporting C-suite executives and managing competing priorities with confidence
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting professional documents and reports
- High levels of integrity, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential matters with care
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with other business systems and tools
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a willingness to support wherever needed
- A collaborative mindset and a calm, composed manner under pressure
