Key Responsibilities
- Data & Records Management: Lead the clean-up and maintenance of employee records—ensuring all documentation is correctly stored, consistent between hard copy and ELMO, and fully up to date.
- File Audits: Quickly and accurately review employee files for key data points including grade, start date, and contract information.
- Transactional HR Support: Prepare and issue employment letters, contract variations, and ensure timely delivery to the right stakeholders, following established HR procedures.
- First Point of Contact: Manage the P&C inbox, triage general enquiries from across the business, and respond professionally and efficiently.
- P&C Operations Support: Assist with onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, liaising with payroll, contributing to data/reporting, and supporting other day-to-day HR tasks.
- Support to GM People & Culture: Provide admin support including calendar coordination, room bookings, and basic meeting logistics.
- Proven experience in an HR Coordinator or similar administrative HR role
- Confidence using HRIS platforms (experience with ELMO is a bonus)
- A high level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail – meticulous record keeping will be a strength of yours!
- Understanding of core HR processes and strong document handling
- A proactive and service-focused approach to internal stakeholder support
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
